Wedding Evening - earlier
Now bear this in mind....

We had CD's, prints and emails from practically every guest with all of their photos of the day.   We had hundreds of excellent ones to choose from.

BUT the total number of photos taken after about 8pm, you could count on one hand !! (strange - we don't know why that would've happened)

Luckily we had some disposable cameras that had been bandied about and when we got them developed, there were some cracking shots.

The quality can be quite poor though - that's the bit to bear in mind from this point on!
Some extra evening guests arrive

- courtesy of the Yat Marina emergency dinghy

They arrived in style with lights-a-flashing !
What have Jake and Chloe been up to all day on that roof ?

2 little buddies !
Now, it's time for the Evening Buffet / BBQ !! (More food !?)
Captain Cihan was in charge on the BBQ up on the foredeck.

Lamb chops, Kofte, Kebabs, Chicken...
The Gulet's Chef (Murhat) and the 2 crew members (Arjan and Haasan) spent ages preparing us a selection of lovely salads and Meze dishes.
The crew set up all 3 tables again for the 'Evening Sesh'
Isn't he the most quiet, gorgeous, happy little fella you have ever seen ?

(No Rich, not you !)
Gavin and Suki

- and the back of Ted !
Is that Jake having a quick beer with the lads !
When the BBQ had pretty much finished, Bo and Pete noticed a bit of a 'kerfuffle' going on near the foredeck.
The Captain was there, people were moving little tables around, torches were out, a crowd was gathering ??!!!

"Pete and Bo - come over here"

Gaby and Paul had laid a table for two - ice Bucket, flowers, candles !
Then Paul gave a short speech about the day and said a few words about us, and presented us with some lovely gifts which Gaby had obviously spent hours making.

A large bottle and 2 Champagne Glasses (all filled with chilled Champagne) and a glass Tealight Holder.

The amazing thing is that Gaby had painted our 'special wedding painting' image onto all of the pieces.
(you can see it if you look closely at the bottle and the tealight holder)
As if that wasn't enough.....

John then proceeded to read us a fabulous, funny poem that he had written for our special day.
These are the last two paragraphs....
"For you both, the future looks rosy,
Honeymoon on board your vessel, now that's real cosy.
Like the Owl and the Pussycat who went to sea,
find a beautiful bay, drop anchor in the lee.
Look up at the stars, with wonder and glee,
It really is your first, true, 'Moonlight Fantasy'.

Three cheers for you both, fair winds, great sail,
Now I ask you all here, to raise your Ale!"
(Ooh look, there's Ted !)
On what had been an emotional day for the both of us, this lot nearly tipped us over the edge !
Arjan - Really nice lad.

ZZZzzzzzzz...

Aaaah !
They're holding hands.
Sweeties !
The 'UK-ers' and the 'Yotties' all mixed up and got on really well.
.........end of this bit !
